REVIEW of Heart Breaker by Cole Saint Jaimes

Im not sure what I was expecting when I started this book, but the opening line really grabbed my attention

"No one can f#*k you like I can"

This book is about more than just a steaming hot sex scene though, its about loss and what happens when you just can't move on with your life. Aidan doesn't want the corporate life, he is happy just as he is and nothing will make him give up living his life his way, well nothing until the unthinkable happens. Essie and Vaughn are all each other have. Their mother died having Essie and this brother and sister have always looked out for each other. They are each others world and when tragedy strikes, Essie turns to vengeance as a means of survival. The characters are very well written and its easy to relate to their personas. The history or back story for these characters has been well thought out with no useless babble or overload of information. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will be anxiously waiting for the next one. There is a huge cliffhanger at the end that made me want to tear my hair out. Well done Cole Saint Jaimes on your debut romance book. You really blew me away. Please, please, please keep up the great story telling. Women all over the world will be thanking you.
