There is so much I want to say about this book, but I don't want to overload you with too much before you get to read this wonderful story. This story has it all, history, intrigue, witch craft, action, drama and of course romance. The Author tells us a story about one family spanning over many, many generations and does so seamlessly. The urban myth of 'Bloody Mary' is the main focus of this book and the Author gives us her version of how the myth came to be.
Mary is sacrificed on her 16th birthday to the demon Isiti so her family can have wealth and prosperity. What no one counts on is that Mary and Isisti fall in love with each other and devise a way to be together.
Mary gives birth to a littl Follow the generations of this family as they try to find a way to put Mary at peace and stop the curse and her torment in this amazingly wonderfully engaging story. You wont be sorry you started it!
